TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions apply to goods supplied by My Little Shoebox Ltd, ordered from My Little Shoebox’s website at www.mylittleshoebox.com.  By continuing with your purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. We may change these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, at our sole discretion.  We therefore recommend that you read these terms and conditions every time before placing your order with us. Before you place your order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please e-mail us at info@mylittleshoebox.com.   PAYMENT: We accept credit card payment by Paypal only. After you have finished your selection, click on “Shopping bag” on the right top corner of the page and you will  be directed to Paypal. DELIVERY: Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after full payment has been received.   Delivery should normally take 10-12 days, however there may be occasions when deliveries may be delayed beyond the above estimated time. In order to minimize delays due to non-delivery, we recommend that you consider having your order delivered to your workplace by stating your work address as your delivery address. We do not deliver  to P.O. Box addresses.  Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct address. We are sorry that we will not be able to offer a refund if your order is not delivered to you due to your provision of an incorrect or incomplete address.  If your order is returned undelivered to us, we will contact you by e-mail to see if you would like your order to be delivered to you a second time, the delivery cost of which will be payable by you.   RETURNS POLICY: We do hope that you are happy with what you receive. If , for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) by e-mail to info@mylittleshoebox.com within one week of receiving your order, and return the item(s) to us in its/their original condition and packaging with all the tags intact. Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange.  Items returned to us without the original packaging or tags intact and/or that are damaged for whatever reason will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.  We will not be able to refund or exchange for returned items that are lost in the mail either.  We therefore strongly recommend that your returned items are sent back to us by registered air mail and/or with insurance.  You will have to bear any cost that you may incur, such as postage, insurance and packaging charges, for returning the item(s) to us. For refunds, we will only return the cost of the items you send back to us, excluding your postage, insurance and packing charges, by crediting to your PayPal account. Exchange(s) may be subject to inventory availability.  If the item(s) you wish to be exchanged is/are sold out, we will arrange for a refund of the cost of such item(s), excluding your postage, insurance and packaging charges, by crediting to your PayPal account.   PRIVACY POLICY: We will retain your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number in our record.  We may use your name and e-mail address to send you news or other information about My Little Shoebox.  Rest assured that we will never allow anyone else to use your personal data.  If you do not wish to receive our news or other information, please e-mail us at info@mylittleshoebox.com with “Unsubscribe” as the subject header of your e-mail.
